ITINERARY

18h00-18h15: Tour guide and cyclo will pick you up at the rendezvous in the city center to begin the tour.

The tour will firstly take you to Hue Cake Restaurant to enjoy the specialty cakes of Hue. When coming to Hue, you definitely have to spend time enjoying Hue bloating fern -shaped cake. The soft sweetness of them mixed with shrimp paste, fried onions and sauce will surely make you eat once and remember forever.

The next dish is flat rice dumpling, a famous dish in Hue, has flavor of shrimp. Hue shrimp and pork dumpling cake with stew shrimp and pork inside and a chewy dough on the outside, is known as a very typical dish of Hue.
