DAY 1: HANOI – HALONG BAY – LAN HA BAY ON ROSY CRUISE (L/D)

08:00 – 08:45: Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Start 2.5 hours road journey on shuttle limousine bus (for the guests using our transfer service).

Note: If guests do not stay at Hanoi Old Quarter, pick-up point is Hanoi Opera House – final pickup point. Guests arriving on their own should meet at Halong International Cruise Port (Tuan Chau harbor) before 11:30 AM.

12:30 – 13:00: Welcome to Rosy Cruise. Enjoy a welcome drink and receive a short cruise briefing in the restaurant.

13:00 – 13:15: Enjoy a typical lunch in the luxury dining room while Rosy Cruise slowly glides among numerous limestone islands and emerald-green waters.

15:00: Anchor for swimming or sunbathing on the cruise in a private, peaceful, and fresh-air area. Optional kayaking under the guidance of our tour guide to explore beautiful spots.

16:30: Return to Rosy Cruise.

17:30: Gather on the sundeck to watch the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. Enjoy a Sunset Party with local snacks and fresh fruits. Do not miss the special Happy Hour – Buy 2 Get 1 Free (17:30 – 19:00).

18:00: Take part in a cooking demonstration and learn how to make the traditional Vietnamese dish – deep-fried spring rolls.

19:15: Delicious dinner served with a fresh set menu.

21:00: After dinner, relax with a wide selection of cocktails at the panoramic bar or try squid fishing at the front of the cruise (lights and fishing rods provided).

Overnight on board.

DAY 2: LAN HA BAY – VIET HAI VILLAGE (CAT BA ISLAND) (B/L/D)

05:30 – 06:00: Wake up early to enjoy the sunrise (depending on season and weather) and join a Tai Chi session on the sundeck (weather permitting). Tai Chi helps relax the mind and condition the body.

06:30: Light breakfast served in the dining room with panoramic views of the bay.

08:30 – 08:45: Transfer to the day boat and begin cruising further into Lan Ha Bay.

10:00: Cycle a short 5 km route to Viet Hai Village, a small rustic village nestled in the jungle and surrounded by the mountains of Cat Ba National Park. For guests who prefer not to cycle, electric cars will be arranged.

11:30: Return to the day boat.

12:00: Lunch served on the day boat with beautiful bay views.

13:15: Kayaking around the area to further explore the bay’s stunning landscapes.

15:00: Swimming in the emerald waters at Three Peaches Beach.

16:00 – 16:30: Say goodbye to the day boat crew and return to Rosy Cruise.

17:30: Sunset viewing on the sundeck with Sunset Party and Happy Hour promotion (Buy 2 Get 1 Free, 17:30 – 19:00).

18:00: Cooking demonstration – learn to make traditional Vietnamese deep-fried spring rolls.

19:15: Dinner served with a fresh set menu.

Overnight on board.

DAY 3: LAN HA BAY – HALONG BAY – HANOI (B/L)

05:30 – 06:00: Wake up early for sunrise and enjoy a Tai Chi session on the sundeck (weather permitting).

06:30: Light breakfast served in the dining room with morning views of the bay.

07:30: Explore the Light Cave by traditional bamboo sampan or kayaking, an ideal activity for adventurous guests to paddle on calm waters and admire impressive limestone formations.

08:30: Return to Rosy Cruise and pack your luggage.

09:15: Check out, settle bills, and return room keys at the reception.

09:30: Brunch served with a set menu.

10:45: Disembark from Rosy Cruise and transfer by speedboat to Tuan Chau Marina.

11:30: Return to Hanoi by comfortable air-conditioned shuttle limousine (for guests using transfer service) or meet your private driver at the harbor. Guests wishing to go to Cat Ba Island should inform us in advance for transfer by Rosy Cruise tender boat to Gia Luan Port.

15:00 – 15:30: Arrive in Hanoi city.

ADDINFORMATION:

CHANGE OF THE ITINERARY: The Cruise ‘s itinerary may change from time to time depending on the weather forecast, tide level or the instructions are given by the Halong Bay Management Authorities.

• Swimming or kayaking excursions may be cancelled due to poor weather.
• Meals on board are fusion: Vietnamese, seafood & international. Guests should advise of any special food preferences, allergies or dietary requirements at least one (01) week prior to the cruise date. After embarking, it is no longer changeable due to the stock limit condition
• Advance registration is required prior to departure at least 3 days with your full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiration date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by port authority.
• Time in the schedule is only relative. The specific time will be announced by our tour guide on the day of departure.
• All activities are included in the program. Guests can choose to relax themselves and enjoy the scenery on board, without having to fully participate in activities above.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

By Customers:

• More than 60 days prior to trip departure: No charge.
• 60 days – 31 days before arrival: 50% charge.
• From 30 to 15 days prior to check-in: 75% of total rate.
• Less than 15 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rate.
• No show: 100% of total rate.

By Bad Weather:

If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip is cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
