Athena Royal Cruise Halong Bay – 2 Days 1 Night Itinerary

DAY 1: HALONG INTERNATIONAL PORT- SUPPRISE CAVE- TITOP ISLAND

12:00 | Check-in at Halong International Harbour

Warmly welcomed by the Athena Team at Halong International Harbour.
Complete the luggage check-in procedure at the waiting lounge before boarding the cruise.

12:30 | Onboard & Welcome Briefing

Transfer to Athena Cruise by tender boat.
The Cruise Manager and crew welcome you on board.
Enjoy our signature welcome drink while receiving a safety briefing and itinerary introduction.

12:45 | Happy Lunch Onboard

Lunch is served at our cozy restaurant.
As the cruise departs toward Halong Bay – a natural wonder of the world – immerse yourself in the stunning limestone scenery.

14:45 | Explore Sung Sot Cave (Surprising Cave)

The cruise stops at Bo Nau Cave (Pelican Cave), the core area of the World Natural Heritage Site.
Transfer by tender to Sung Sot Cave, the largest and most beautiful cave in Halong Bay.

15:45 | Titop Island – Beach & Mountain Viewpoint

After visiting the cave, continue by tender to Titop Island, named by President Ho Chi Minh after Soviet astronaut Gherman Titov.
Enjoy swimming, relaxing on the beach, or climbing to the mountain peak for a panoramic view of Halong Bay.

17:00 | Relax on the Cruise

Return to Athena Cruise.
This is the perfect time to unwind: relax in the outdoor jacuzzi, sunbathe on the sundeck, or enjoy a rejuvenating spa session.

18:00 – 19:00 | Happy Hour

Take advantage of our “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” Happy Hour drinks while watching the breathtaking sunset over the bay.

18:30 | Cooking Class

Join a Vietnamese Cooking Demonstration organized by Athena’s Head Chef and learn how to prepare traditional dishes.

19:00 | Dinner Onboard

A delicious fusion set menu is served to recharge your energy after an active day of exploration.

20:30 | Cheerful Evening Activities

Enjoy your free time with various evening activities:

DAY 2: LUON CAVE – KAYAK- HALONG INTERNATIONAL PORT

Start your morning with a 30-minute Tai-Chi session on the sundeck while the cruise gently sails toward Luon Cave.
A refreshing and peaceful way to welcome the new day on the bay.

07:00 | Light Breakfast

A light breakfast is served at the restaurant, preparing you for the morning activities ahead.

08:00 | Visit Luon Cave – Kayaking or Bamboo Boat

Explore Luon Cave, one of the most beautiful places featuring unique endemic vegetation in Ha Long Bay.
Choose one of two options to discover the area:

• Kayaking (free)
• Traditional bamboo boat rowed by a local boatman (public ticket: 50,000 VND/person)

09:00 | Check-out Procedure

Return to Athena Cruise, relax, and prepare your luggage.
Place your bags outside your cabin door — the Athena team will collect and have them ready on the pier.

09:30 | Brunch Buffet Onboard

Enjoy a delicious brunch buffet at the restaurant after check-out while the cruise heads back toward the port.

10:45 | Farewell & Disembarkation

Transfer by tender back to Halong International Harbour.
Disembark and say goodbye to the Athena Team.
Farewell to guests and hope to welcome you back soon.
