M’Gloria Luxury Cruise – Overnight Cruise in Lan Ha Bay & Ha Long Bay

DAY 1: TUAN CHAU HARBOR – LAN HA BAY – TRA BAU (L / D)

9.00 – 9.30: Pick up from Hanoi (If you book our Limousine bus/ regular private car).

• Note: If guests do not stay at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter area, our car will pick up at meeting point is Hanoi Opera House – the final pickup point. => This one for guest who use our transfer service. >>You may be interested in Transfer Hanoi – Halong and return. If you book option from Halong without transfer from Hanoi (you are in Halong already) or you prefer getting to Halong bay on your own, please come to our meeting point at Halong International Cruise Port (Tuan Chau harbor, gate 26) before 11.30 AM. You will be transferred to the big Cruise by tender/speed boat. Any late arrivals will be charged 100 USD for tender.

12.00– 12.30: Arrive to No. 35 Tuan Chau Harbor. Transfer to M’gloria Cruise.

13.15 – 13.30: Welcome to M’gloria Cruise and enjoy welcome drink, meet the captain, crew to get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Enjoy seafood and vegetarian lunch, while cruising in the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay. Check-in your cabin. Continue cruising through Con Vit islet (Duck Islet), Thumb islet. Discover lagoon natural area belonged to Lan Ha Bay

15.30 – 17.00: Kayaking and swimming at Tra Bau area (the background of “Kong Skull Island movie”) or use Jacuzzi (located on 2nd).

18.00: Participate in our sunset party (cakes, fruit, peanut, tea). Enjoy happy hour and relax.

18.15: Join cooking class guided directly by Chef of M’gloria Cruise. You have chance to practice Vietnamese traditional dishes such as spring roll or famous cuisine of Vietnam.

19.30: Time for dinner enjoying special seafood and BBQ food.

20.30: Evening entertainments: play game on the cruise (card games, chess, karaoke, squid fishing, relaxing with massage service) and overnight on M’gloria Cruise.

DAY 2: LAN HA BAY – VIET HAI VILLAGE– BA TRAI DAO ISLET (B / L / D)

 07.00: Early morning sun risers and you can enjoy Taichi lesson on the sundeck.

07.45: Have breakfast while cruising on the beautiful bay.

08.55: Getting on the transfer boat to Viet Hai Village.

10.30 – 12.00: Take the bicycle ride or use electric car to enjoy gorgeous sceneries along Viet Hai village roads, visit a local family’s house to see the daily life of local people.

12.00 – 12.20: Have lunch on the daily boat.

13.30 – 14.00: Swimming or Kayaking around hidden islands to explore the beauty and the hidden charm of Lan Ha Bay.

15.00 – 15.30: We move on to some hidden beaches around Ba Trai Dao area and swimming there.

16.30 – 17.30: Back to M’gloria Cruise, take time to refresh.

18.00: Enjoy Sunset Party and join the cooking demonstration, happy hour and relax.

19.30: Time for dinner on the restaurant.

20.30: After dinner reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails, wine at our bar or enjoy the landscape of the bay at night. Relax with massage services. Take one of our on- board activities like squid fishing, watching movies in the restaurant.

DAY 3: LAN HA BAY – DARK & BRIGHT CAVE – TUAN CHAU HARBOR (B/B)

07.00: Early morning sun risers and you can enjoy Taichi lesson on the sundeck.

07.45: Have breakfast while cruising on the beautiful bay.

08.45 – 10.00: Mingling yourself in the stunning views of the Bay and its dramatic limestone islets as we sail through the calm emerald waters heading to Dark & Bright cave. Take your option either exploring the cave yourself on kayak or comfortably on local bamboo boat rowed by the locals.

10.00: Go back to the cruise.

10.45: Check-out your cabin, please put your luggage in front of the door and return your room key to receptionist, take good care of yout important belongings. Enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay.

11.00: Have lunch at the restaurant.

12.00 – 12.30: Leaving M’gloria Cruise to get on the transfer boat back Tuan Chau Harbor dock 35. (If you book your own transfer, please inform driver be ready at dock 35 Tuan Chau 12.30pm).

NOTES: Depending on cruising conditions, itineraries may change without prior notice. Wi-Fi is available at the restaurant/bar areas, however, Internet connectivity may be intermittently interrupted due to the geographical condition of the bay. Thank you for your understanding.

ADDINFORMATION:

CHANGE OF THE ITINERARY: The Cruise ‘s itinerary may change from time to time depending on the weather forecast, tide level or the instructions are given by the Halong Bay Management Authorities.

• Swimming or kayaking excursions may be cancelled due to poor weather.
• Meals on board are fusion: Vietnamese, seafood & international. Guests should advise of any special food preferences, allergies or dietary requirements at least one (01) week prior to the cruise date. After embarking, it is no longer changeable due to the stock limit condition
• Advance registration is required prior to departure at least 3 days with your full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiration date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by port authority.
• Time in the schedule is only relative. The specific time will be announced by our tour guide on the day of departure.
• All activities are included in the program. Guests can choose to relax themselves and enjoy the scenery on board, without having to fully participate in activities above.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

By Customers:

• More than 60 days prior to trip departure: No charge.
• 60 days – 31 days before arrival: 50% charge.
• From 30 to 15 days prior to check-in: 75% of total rate.
• Less than 15 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rate.
• No show: 100% of total rate.

By Bad Weather:

If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip is cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
