3 day 2 night cruise through Bai Tu Long Bay is a fantastic experience. In this longer journey, you will explore the untouched area of Bai Tu Long Bay, go kayaking in Cap La through the karst and breathtaking nature, visit a floating village of Vung Vieng and spend time for a cave visiting, beach and more kayaking… During this tour, you might not find other more tourists but enjoy your own journey, just relax and get off-the-beaten-track 

Day 1: Halong Port  – Bai Tu Long Bay – Cong Do – Cap La (L, D)

07.45 – 8:30: Our luxury limousine or shuttle bus will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi and start your trip to explore the most amazing bay in the North of Vietnam. On the way, we will have a quick stop in the middle of the way to rest. Note: If guests do not stay at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter area, our car will pick up at meeting point is Hanoi Opera House – the final pickup point. => This one for guest who use our transfer service. >>You may be interested in Transfer Hanoi – Halong and return. If you book option from Halong without transfer from Hanoi (you are in Halong already) or you prefer getting to Halong bay on your own, please come to our meeting point at Halong International Cruise Port before 11.30 AM.

12.30: Arrive in our waiting lounge at Ha Long international cruise port, you will have a bit of time to relax and enjoy a cup of tea/coffee. Wait for our captain to finish the registration and transfer by tender to our boat.

12.45: Enjoy a welcome drink and spend a couple of minutes briefing about safety on the boat and activities included then we check in our cabin.

13.30: Delicious Vietnamese set menu will be served while leisurely cruising further into Bai Tu Long Bay.

15.00: Arrive in the kayaking area – that is Cap La Island. Enjoy kayaking through the karst and breathtaking nature, swimming and relaxing.

17.30: Get back to the boat and enjoys our Sunset party while our cruise sailing to the overnight anchorage.

19.00: Sumptuous set dinner on board.

20.30: Free time to challenge yourself in Vietnamese puzzle games, or gathers your group/family for a board game; try your luck with squid fishing or simply have a cocktail and enjoy the quiet night on the bay.

Day 2: Vung Vieng village – Cong Dam – Cong Do (B, L, D)

06.00: Start your day with a Tai Chi routine on sundeck or catch a morning view of the stunning bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee.

07.30: Breakfast will be served in Western style, familiar to you to fulfil your strength and ready for another exploring day.

09.00: Transfer to a day cruise, we cruise passing several floating hamlets including Cap La and Cong Dam, we enter the Centre of pristine Bai Tu Long Geology Park. In there, we will visit Vung Vieng fishing village to interact with local people.

12.00: Back to the boat for a delicious hot lunch at noontime

14.00: Spend more time for kayaking and swimming at Cong Dam, or relaxing on boat. If the weather allows, we can take a glance at Thay Cave before back to the anchor point.

16.30: Return to the main boat and enjoy sunset party afterwards

19.00: Dinner will be served.

20.30: Free time for joining Games, you may also try your luck with squid fishing.

Day 3: Thien Canh Son cave – Halong Port (B, L)

06.30: Start early Tai Chi demonstration on sundeck.

07.30: Breakfast will be served in Western style and furthermore with Vietnamese traditional food.

08.00: Explore the well-hidden Thien Canh Son Cave and enjoy a white sandy beach at Hon Co Island. Our tour guide will provide some interesting stories of Ha Long Bay and this Cave, made by Mother Nature.

09.00: Back to the boat to pack and check out of your cabin. Prepare to join in our traditional cooking demonstration.

10.30: Vietnamese cooking demonstration on boat.

11.00: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch.

12.00: Disembark at Ha Long international cruise port

15.00: Arrive in Hanoi. Trip ends.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

By customers:

• More than 60 days prior to trip departure: No charge.
• 60 days – 31 days before arrival: 50% charge.
• From 30 to 15 days prior to check-in: 75% of total rate.
• Less than 15 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rate.
• No show: 100% of total rate.

By bad weather:

If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip is cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

• CASE 3: Customers used 2 ways transfers and lunch + Early Light Dinner + day boat trip will be charged 95 USD/ Person
